Default 1987 Chevy Nova A/C

The A/C is blowing warm air.  The clutch never engages the solenoid. There's no electricity to the clutch solenoid What's up?  I'm in the middle of a heat wave here in Washington State.

ignition isnt stuck is it?  this happened with the civic...id engage the clutch, the a/c would quit, and it would grind a bit.  just my experience.

Like niceguy said, it could be a fuse, or it could be its low on refrigerant, which would cause the low side pressure switch to open, and cut power to the clutch. It could also be a relay or the switch on the control panel.
