Looking good... Here sooner than I thought too. If this is correct, there should be some in showrooms right now.

I visited the closest Mitsu dealer to me... 70mi away..
The guy I talked to was quite the idiot... He didn't know when the EVOs would hit the showrooms. However he told me the car would weigh over 3200lbs.. Can anyone put any light to that? 3200lbs is pretty ****ing heavy for an EVO. I hope he is wrong. |

3200 may be about right for the GSR but for the almost race readdy RS it sould be lower

And all that gizmo to go with it..... The US model I heard from C&D would be a tad different without the active diff and AYC of the GSR. With tiny bit less power(5bhp?). And comes in either 5 speed auto or 5 speed manual. AYC and active diff will be optional later in the model life...

hardcore EVO fans in the US are guessing around 170...from what Ive heard, Im not a big fan of that car though. And what are they talking about when they say "entry-level"? Do they really think the US is going to get an RS version? I really doubt thats coming, at least in the first model year...
