Cayenne S turbo packing 450HP 0-60 in 5.6 seconds. But out of the ones you mentioned I would go with the Cayenne S is only alittle bit slower then the rover sport.

I have/had them both and these are all great cars, but have you guys SEEN the RR Sport up close? I drove one (NOT supercharged) and it felt awesome. The Cayenne is just too watered down for me. That's why I sold it!

i would definatly recommend whichever SUV you enjoy driving the most. I have never had the oppurtunity to drive any of these, but IMO, it all comes down to the "fun factor" (i.e. which vehicle you enjoyed driving the most)
good luck! todd

My dad has the x5 3.0i. He wanted a subaru station wagon (dont ask, i dont know.) and i got him to test drive one of these, and he bought it a couple weeks later. Its a nice car and alot of fun to drive, then again its the only luxury car ive been able to drive so far. Just a couple minor problems-- something with the lights, they burn out way too often. They haven't been able to do much at the dealer, i forget now what the exact reasoning behind it was, but it still happens way too often. Also the radio was messed up for a while, full of static in some areas and fine in others. The dealer said it was the Alpine CD changer i installed for him, so i took it out and brought the car back and they said it was something else, but fixed it (temporarily at least). Seems to be holding up pretty well, although the mileage is still only mid 60's, hes been putting on a good 25,000/yr. with no issues other than the two listed. Maintenance at the dealer is rediculously overpriced, the 60,000 mile maintenance was something like 3 grand, so we dont do maintenance there anymore.
Id say though, the cayenne is bound to be a lot better driving wise. Its a porsche lol. As for the xc90 i dont really know, they look great but i have no idea how they drive. They are all pretty similar so its basically a matter of preference. Go for some test drives. |
