Well I'm glad to see someone that knows how to launch a AWD car. The STI probably lost cause it had to shift into 6th.

Im just comparing that to 80% of STI owners who can barely crack under a 5.5 second 0-60 time while guys who can really launch hard and effectively do the same run in 4.8seconds bone stock.

Ah, gotcha. Yea, we DSMers are not afraid to lunch our cars. The 4-bolt rear-ends can take a lot of abuse. My 3-bolt is good for 300. (I already got a 4-bolt to put into it.

My car had a boost leak (I didn't know it at the time of the video) so I was only seeing about 8 psi at launch and it was lugging after I launched, but I still spun the tires. I used to see about 12-13 psi on launch.

My cousin who has a modded stock Turbo STI brings the revs up to about 4000-4500RPM, when he launched at 5000RPM he saw no faster times.
