Sweetie, you should have plead guilty. The whole point is that you are going to get points on your licence, thus getting it taken away. You got caught. You f*cked up, now you just f*cked up worse. For your sake I hope this lawyer isnt as dumb as I think they are...

:/ Sorry dude but that was pretty stupid.

Don't listen to the nay-sayers dude, I have gotten out of TONS of tickets before, with a lawyer... you stand a chance at getting it thrown out.

Bullshit, unless he's got the best lawyer in the damn state he ain't gettin shit taken off. Hell he'll probably get the maximum. Youi come in, plead guilty, and hope the judge is having a good day. My sister got an 8 point reckless driving reduced to a 1 point non-moving violation defective head light.

You can get out of a lot with just smooth talking, dont get me wrong, but this doesnt look like it in his case, thats all Im saying. No contest probably would have be a little better of a choice than not guilty.

I know i did it, thats not the point as to why I pleaded not true. I pleaded not true because i can't afford my insurance to go up, so hopefullly the judge will let me do some classes or community service so i don't get as many points on my license so my insurance doesn't go up.

My license is gone, i understand that.

By pleading not guilty you said, "no I was not speeding." Its like lying to your parents after breaking something. All it does is piss them off and make your punishment worse, AKA more points, longer term w/o your license, and higher insurance. You just ****ed yourself in the ass basically
