what do you use to pry up the injectors? i dont want to buy a freaking pulley thing ma jigger

Pry bar and a rag. thats how i've done it. If i'm pulling an injector, there is something wrong with the O-Ring allready so tearing one isn't a big deal. just make sure to be ready to grab it when it pops out.

feels like mine are superglued in, couldnt even pop it out with pliers

no......... most injectors don't come out very easily. Some you can pull out with your hands. others not so much.
