no, it has 4 wheel electric motors, 160hp each, i don,t know why it is that slow, may be cuz there is no tranny, has a little ic for a genset, range about 900mi total 230mi on batts alone, it isn't an intercooler, but a small radiator pbly for genset, or may be evaparator for heatpump.
it is a hell of a sleeper

All electric mini-cooper? Hells yes... never need to buy gas, huge range, lotta torque for a small one, and truly a "sleeper." You could barely hear it run I bet.

i'm 6'5" 240lb, i drove a mini once, front seats are ok enough room, not as much as in my accord but enough, seats themselves are not bad either, shoulder room is tight, back seat is a deathtrap for anyone my size, unless a guy in the front 5'0" and moves the front seat far forward.
