i had a complete engine rebiuld in 2010. a 3 months later still engine oil leakage known as blow by. engine oil getting into the air cleaner through its breather hose. my mechanic said this is normal with this kind of vehicle. also he told me not to drive yugo on the highway or interstate and that it was not designed for heavy driving
he also said to not go over 45 MPH. what are ur thoughts and oppinions on a repair for the blow by problem i.m having. thank u good day!

Sounds like your mechanic botched the engine rebuild, if it's still having heavy blow-by. Blow by is typically caused by combustion chamber pressure getting past the piston rings, which should have been addressed during the rebuild. He's telling you not to drive over 45mph because he probably knows he screwed up and is lying to cover his ass.
