Forum Software Upgrade

We are going to be upgrading to Vbulletin 4.0 today.....the site will be down for a couple of hours during the upgrade then things will be back up. Please be patient with us as we are going to have a lot of data to swap over and there will be a few functions that don't work for a few days while we sort it all out and figure out what mods / hacks we have installed on the forum will be compatible. Please use this thread to report any errors or PM Sareena directly. Thanks!

I don't think so. I've gotten that error several times in the past month or so. Plus, that would've only been about an hour....the mod CP is still showing 3.8.6....

We are backing up the forum right now, its going to drop out here and there

Sweet. I was a bit worried when I first logged back on and saw the new skin. That was crazy quick, though. I was expecting it to take longer than that.

i do however like how the automotive news shows in the "what's new" when it didn't display when i hit "new posts" on the older vb

I think a lot of people were actually pissing and moaning about that at one point, which was why it was made to not appear in new posts? I don't specifically remember, but I think that was the case.

well that sucks. i remember it being around then it wasn't. for me, it was a pia to go to the landing page and find it through there.

with it not being in sight like that, i'm sure it gets less travel.
