Forum Data Loss

Hi everyone...

I appologize the site was down all day today. Our database of posts became corrupted and it took the majority of the day to get the backups restored and functioning again. I am working to fix the remaining issues, which are:

Threads between yesterday and October 30th still appear, but the content is missing. This data has unfortunately been lost because it was the last backup I conducted prior to the post index becoming corrupt. I'm trying to prune all threads / posts that are showing on the forums between then and now so that everything is correct time wise. I appologize for the glitch, I'm not sure what caused it but luckily I have been backing the site up on a monthly basis and was able to restore the majority of our data.

let me know if you find any other errors that pop up.

I for one will not tolerate something like this and feel i will be switching to another forum due to this major inconvenience!

Ok. Hope everything works out ok. I really like this site. I have only been a member for a short time but it's a great site. Just wondering if I should repost the threads I did that were lost or wait because you will be able to get them back?
