A Vantage version of the Aston Martin DB7 arrives for the 2000 model year. An awesome, 420-horsepower, 6-liter V-12 engine powers the Vantage model. The V-12, a first for Aston Martin, has a maximum speed of 180 miles per hour and goes from 0 to 60 mph in less than five seconds. Aston Martin has used the Vantage name since 1950 to identify the highest performance model in a particular range.
