I want to get a 1997-1999 Mitsubishi eclipse GST. Assuming that the engine is healthy and 100% stock. Can someone please list ALL of the parts I will need in order to obtain 350+ horsepower to the wheels. I don't need you to explain to me about turbos, injectors, exhaust, etc. All i need is a list of parts, and prices if you know them.
Thanks a bunch

350?
Dejon tool Intake
MBC
Boost Gauge,
Walboro 255 fuel pump
3" Down pipe
3" Test pipe
3" Cat-Back exhaust
HEAVY Port the Exhaust Manifold and 02 sensor housing.
ACT2100 Clutch kit.
EVO III 16g turbo (port the turbine Housing)
Punishment Racing FMIC kit.
Maybe 550 cc injectors with an AFC-Neo.
That should get you in the 350-375 whp range on 22-25 psi.

nice contribution to the thread.
hey wasnt your mustang at one point a regular 4.6, with less power than my car?
christ, you should have gotten a REAL car.
mods for 350+hp can be had for less than 2k in most cases.

No internals?
I've personally seen the stock bottom end hold over 500 AWHP before spitting it's guts. AND that was a 7-bolt. I will be making 400 AWHP when the car gets done (probably not for 5 years), stock internals except OEM EVO 9 pistons. Good for 500 AWHP, way more then I need.

200 shot of nitrous.

You know with the tiny T-25 suffocating the exhaust flow. I think a 200 shot might only yield 100-125 whp to the wheels.

I would try to get a GSX before a GST. Also, from what I've heard in the past, 1999 was the worse year for the DSM.

I have quite a few friends with 99's. In fact, the 99's are more tolerant to BOV that aren't re-cir'ed.

having an open dump just adds sound lol. but they didnt stall out on 99s as they did in earlier years?

It was more tolerant. It still is bad, dumps extra fuel into the car which results in a clogged cat. But it would not fail straight on it's face.
I don't know why the 99's are more tolerant, they are the same as the 97-98. But for some reason the 99s. Handle it better.
ive actually also heard there are reasons that 99 was a problem year
same with 95, 96-98 was good stuff, 99 just had body style changes i guess.
