Hi. I have a 98 Chevy 1500 van, v8, dual output system a/c and the front blending flaps do not close all the way, so warm air mixes with the cold. The rear system works find and puts out good cold air. Are the flaps controlled by vacuum, elect or what and where does one start to correct the problem????? All comments welcome and thanks
