OMFG...an exhaust manifold is the "proper" term for a header.

Also, should header be plural when talking about the evo? From what I can remember, the header is in the front, and there is only one to change. Its about as easy as it comes. Just be siure to change your gaskest, alternate when tightnening the bolts the proper way, and torque to spec. If you hear any pinging sounds, you have a leak.

It's really just lingo.

Headers in the DSM/EVO communtiy is a tubular welded exhaust manifold. Anything cast is simply called an exhaust manifold.
