wow buy buy buy.  i got a fully stock with 10k less miles for 5400.  that with all the mods is a steal as long as its not crappy installs if you know what i mean.  take it around the block a few times and make sure it don't blow up and then buy it

I just got back from checking that eclipse out..  well..  it looks like its leaking oil out of the head, near the exaust manifold, he said it was really greasy, i dont know..  What would be the cause of that?  Cracked piston?

he said it leaks sometimes, but he never sees a drop in oil on the dipstick, any ideas?  My father thinks the turbo is pushing too much pressure and causing oil to leak out, but its just an assumption, any ideas?

bummer. テつ*hence the price. テつ*im seeing an extra...umm 1500 to fix your cracked engin block or piston...oil anywhere but IN the engine is never ever super dooper ever never good. テつ*makes a mess and basically is like a flesh wound without a bandaid. テつ*obviously its not "really greasy" so find out whats really going on. テつ*or you could take your chances and assume the worst. テつ*fixing a car is half the fun of having one anyway. テつ*just don't expect a perfect used car ever.  i say buy and figure it out.  he won't let you take it to a shop i bet so no official diag.  just go for it and hold your breath.

There is no such thing as a stage 3 port job on a turbo...they go by A/R's and wheel sizes [this is on the cold side]..on the hot side..clipped turbines go by degrees...And if its just greasy....its probably a pcv thing if the car doesnt have a catch can installed..thats no big deal..you would have alot more to contest with that a little grease if you had a cracked head..and a piston will not cause external oil leakage[that is unless it puts a hole in the block for you]..just lower compression numbers and such....g/l with the purchase..

yeh i already bought it heh, but the boost controller went out since ive had it.  And the leak, might be coming from the camshaft, i dont really know, were taking it to the mechanics.  the guy said hed give me money back after i got estimates.  Anyway, as for Autobawts , its my other aim screenname on my cell heh, you can reach me on that
