dealer invoice!! LOL that is a crock. even if your selling it at that price you are still making money on it. i'd say in the ball park of at least ten percent. so how bout this, you knock of at least 7 percent of your bottom line profit and i'll buy one.

Jeez, some folks think that no matter how good the deal there must be a trick up a dealers sleeve.

Got to edmunds.com , they will show you EXACTLY what a dealer pays for a specific car. And yes, we WILL sell for dealer invoice through August 15, 2003

look, i've been all around the auto industry for awhile now, and no dealership in the world is gonna sell cars for no profit. its a waste of there time. thowing out facts and numbers that don't matter to confuse the buyer is also a lame tactic that many many dealer use. bottom line, if something sounds to good to be true, IT IS.

When a dealer has too much invertory, coupled with a sizable unit bonus sponsered by the manufacturer (Mitsubishi Motors in this case), you can buy at dealer invoice. I challenge anyone to come see if that is accurate & then they can post the results of their experience in this forum.

look, even if i buy the car at "dealer invoice" which would be a great deal, you are still making money off of the car. your not taking a loss. that is all i'm trying to say. you give the impression that the dealer is getting nothing out of this deal and you are doing the consumer a favor. any dealer would take there cars to the dreaded auction before taking a loss or breaking even with every customer that walked threw the door.
