I NEED HELP!!!

1990 dsm turbo, Im having problems with flooding and multi sparking when cranking engine, I replaced the cam sensor and that wasnt the problem, could it be the computer or is there another sensor I should be checking?? any leads I would appreciate.. Rod     :-/

Sounds like the vacuum/boost hose to the map sensor is shot, or the sensor itself is bad...

On a side note the cam signal is only there to help with intial timing..so if it does crank up and run, then that wouldnt be the problem...

throwing parts at a car is always a bad idea. trouble shoot first.
