starter engages but motor will not turn over.  Replaced starter - still will not turn motor over. Help!!!! :(

the battery cables could be the problem...I would clean the terminals and make sure the battery has a good charge....also take a look at the ground cables connection at both the battery..and where it runs to ground at...

Another thing..it may be hydro locked...pull the sparkplugs out and try turning it over..see what happens.

I tried that and then took off the cap and rotor, the rotor does not spin when the ignition is turned. So I'm assume that's my problem?

The engine turns over but the rotor doesnt spin?..broken timing belt
