None of the above. Save your money and get a new Turbo Cobalt SS. Not only will it be faster in a straight line, it'll do this thing called "handle" too.

Easy end to the convo...

You're either not serious, or should never drive a car. Pick one.

Sure I have... rip the ss badge off of a camaro, or take the turbo sticker off of your friend's accord.

If you wanna do a swap, LS1 swaps in pretty much any RWD imports are popular and fairly cheap.

and a mr2 too.

Mark 1, 2, or 3? Turbo, supercharger, or naturally aspirated stock? What width tires did you use on all four corners? What suspension did you use? If it was the N/A version stock, what turbo did you add? Or better yet, which kit did you use?

 Nobody say a word, I want this kid to dig his own grave here.

Srsly, MR2's not a POS, it has two merits. One: Mid-engine. Two: Rear wheel drive. The other cars you listed are FF, which sucks, and is not worth even two cents in modification.

But whatever, you CLEARLY know what you're doing. The only way a metro is any good is if you were to rip out the rear seats, put in a full cage, put a GM L36 V6 in place of the back seat, power the rear wheels with it, and apply the Cartuning Performance turbo kit to the engine. Beyond that, the metro is ONLY.... absolutely ONLY... an economy car.

*GASP* No, shit, really?!one! Never would have guessed. Because MR2 means nothing about it being an MR vehicle...

Nope, you've already proven beyond a shadow of a doubt that you have relatively NO idea what you're talking about when it comes to the modification and improvement of an automobile. Do the metro a favor and never take a wrench to it.

MR, 4-cylinder? At first I was gonna guess a Mid-engine 4-door, but then I realized how fantastically stupid I'd been to even consider that.

To me, the MID4-II is a nice looking car....and, not it's not Mid engine 4-cyl. It's mid engine AWD. It used the HICAS all wheel steering and ATESSA systems from the Skyline. Would've been a sweet ass car had they made it.

Not bad, but the AWD would have defeated the purpose of the vehicle. Lightweight, good handling.

Meh, that's what's awesome about the ATESSA system, 90/10 rear/front split under accleration. Unless it was a different setup on the MID4.

Yeah, but under lesser load, such as around a turn, where it makes the difference, it's more towards the front, causing the understeer.

Cavalier, none of the above. Get a Cobalt with the turbo stock, and have fun. Already runs an 8:22 at the Nurburgring. Cavalier won't hold a candle to it. We've already stated that. For the cost it would take to bring a Cavy up to par with a Cobalt, it's cheaper to buy the new one. Period.

As for the Geo thing, again... failboat. That is all.

it not that hard to put a ecotech engine to a geo. the prizm is a a cav with a toyota engine lol.... all you need to do is get a engine plus a transmission and change the name to a chevy lol paint it no one can tell it was a geo before lol only the year and vin well tell you lol....
