My Old Man has a 1993 Kodiak Truck and he's trying to fix his fan clutch. I can't find anything about it and he expected me to find a way to fix it and I can't find anything.
Any help here?

Fan clutches are not too hard to replace, just hard to get to.
First test to see if it is really bad. Let the vehicle heat up, and see if the fan sucking in can hold a rag against the front of the radiator.
If you do replace it, there is a special fan clutch tool you will need to rent from your local parts store, it is like a slender piece of metal to slide around the 4 clutch fan bolts to hold them steady while you unscrew the fan, which has reverse threads (right is loosen).

If it were me, I'd lose the fan clutch, and the fan. Go electric. You have several wiring choice. One, a thermostat switch. Two, on when the truck is on, off when the truck is off. Three, a manual switch on the dash. Those are my choices in order. Then again, I still have my fan clutch on my Jeep.
