hi, im new to this forum but i have a questionn

i have a 1994 Chevy Blazer 4 dr automatic.
i would like to know if it would be smarter to sell it or scrap it
it has 170xxx miles.
the engine just had a tune up
new fan belt, new cap, new alternator, new fuel pump.
the thing wrong with the car is it smells like gas and the tranny is going.
when in reverse it makes a very irritating bad grinding sound
i do have 2 12' kicker L7'sin it and a pioneer radio.
should i try and sell the vehicle , if so for how much
or should i take the subs and stereo out, and scrap it ???
