Ok, here is the situation. I was in an accident and forced to replace the A/C shroud and the Radiator (among other things on the body). Now I have a new Radiator and coolant in it (didnt take as much as it said it would, coolant wise), As far as I can tell all of the wiring is back in place. But my fan does not turn on and the car overheats quickly. Side note, because I dont have any free-on in the car, I didnt bother to replace the A/C shroud. Could it be an air pocket(s) in the system from the changeover? Any help would be appreciated.

If you changed the thermostat in the midst of all your work, recheck that,as it will cause your symptoms if installed backwards,or not flowing at all.Hot engine, cold radiator. If that's ok,check the fans capability by running a temporary fused power wire to see if they'll come on,if they function with the test,it is either the temp sensor,or fan relays. It is still possible that it has an air bubble in it too, look if there is a coolant bleeder valve made into,or around the thermostat housing.

Thanks, I actually fixed it. It was a bubble, the problem was that with the new rad the bleeder valve actually only have way opened up while I was filling it. So after I noticed that, easy fix.
Now, I hope I dont run into any issues running it without the ac shroud installed....cant see any as I dont use the AC anyway.
