I want to buy 2004 Mitsubishi Lancer Ralliart that has 60k miles on it, but since I don't know anything about cars I'd need your help:)

I've heard some negative things about Lancer ES(poor paint job, transmission problem, and etc) and wondered whether Ralliart has same problems or not. Is it a reliable car?

Also, is $9000 good price for it? It doesn't have any titles w/ it, but it seems like it was leased.

typically, "reliability" isn't associated with Mitsubishi's. just fyi.
