I am installing a cat-back headers and a cat there are 2 oxygen sencors one will unplug and one will not and it will not break loose so how do i get it out and do i even need them my car does not have to be inspected in my state.

The RS and GS have a 420A Chrysler motor, the GS-T and GSX have 4G63 Mitsubishi motors. So you see why that is important.

When you say it will not unplug, what are you talking about specifically. The harness connector or the 02 sensor itself (from the exhaust).
