Doesn't look too bad, I've seen better, but I've also seen a LOT worse. Not bad for the price.

Thats a really nice looking blazer. Blazers are notorious for rust. Check the floor in the rear. Most likely its a 700R4 trans with a new process 208 transfer case. They should hold up to a stock 350 just fine. Its probably fuel injected, if it is those throttle body 350s are torque monsters. I cant say enough about them, i am looking into getting a harness and intake to swap my 83 blazer to TBI, The carb just doesnt like fourwheeling. They get pretty good mileage too. probably somewhere around 17 mpg. I might be a little biased because i love these things, but its a full frame solid front axle truck. It is just like a full size truck from 73 - 88 all of the parts are interchangeable.

Had too much rust? Unless there was some serious rust in the interior we didn't see.... no, nevermind. I'm not getting in on that one.

it really didnt but that was my dads perspective on the matter, it had a few spots, but nothing major at all, plus its a all original 87 k5 blazer and even with a few small spots id say it was in great shape
