x2. Turboing a blazer would be different that turboing an N/A mitsu (I'm assuming eclipse, galant, or lancer.)

What type of rims do you have? Chrome 18s might not bring in a whole lot of money depending what brand they are and condition they are in. I don't know if the resale price of rims will get you a complete turbo charger kit. Turboing a car isn't as easy as just bolting on the turbo charger. You have to change a lot of other engine parts and ECU to accept the turbo or you'll blow your engine.

What type of engine will you be looking to turbo?

Do tons of research before you start buying anything. Go on car-specific forums and FAQ websites. If you are looking to turbo a Mistu eclipse, DSMTalk.com is an awesome site with tons of info.

Good luck with the project. :)
