is the sound proofing material for the trunk of your car worth spending the money on? i just got my sub in and it rattles like no other.

yes it is really worth it. dont just use it on your trunk though. if you put it in your doors and around your other speakers not only does it make the sound louder but clearer also. i have my doors, around my back speakers, my hatch, under my back seat, and around the back cargo area of my car matted and it makes a huge difference. If you dont want to do that much the front doors are the area that makes the most difference.

i bought three sets which are about $17 each. they come with 6 11x11 pieces. i put it in myself so i didnt have any installation fees but you do need to have heat gun to make the material more plyable and to stick good.
