Hello there I am new and don't know too much about cars. My dad is giving me his 95 Beretta that he had for a while and put a lot of work into. I however need to get it inspected now and there is a problem; the horn, fog lights, and the power locks not working. My dad had a friend add something into it and ever since they do not work. Without the horn it will not pass inspection though. My dad knows quite a bit about cars but he has no idea. We are looking for the Fuse to see if something is wrong with it but we cannot find it.

find the horn itself, and run all new wires to the switch in the steering wheel. get a manual from your local auto parts store for your car, and read up on it. if that doesnt help you figure it out, just wire up a new switch somewhere.
