i have an 1991 camaro, and the power window willgo down maybe an invh and the window motor wont worka anymore, is the motor shot?

Either that or something may have busted and it obstructing the path of the window.

Not sure what the indications of a faulty switch are though, so can't help you rule that out.

I would suggest taking the door panel off and watching to see what the window and the motor do. That should tell you if the window itself is getting stuck of the motor stops spinning.
