i just had my AVIC D3 put in yesterday. I watched the guy do the whole install, and i didn't see him do anything wrong. but..
today, slowing down for a light, and sitting at the light, i started to get the rough idle again.
WTF.. could this be bad gas i got from (uhhh) speedway? one tank full is all i got . well, really 1/2 tank i got from them.
last time, i went round and round and had to replace plug wires a few times. i dont have headers, i dont have high flow cats.
i have a flowmaster catback system, CAI, tune from Frank, and thats about it.
im still trying to find a pcv valve around here to swap that out (when i shake the stocker, i dont have anything moving)
i could put seafoam in, but my injectors only have about 8 or 9,000 miles on them. Frank put new ones on before he moved to NV

Alright... from what I understand there should be nothing that the radio intercepts that could cause poor driveability. What I would do is pull the head unit and start looking to see if they accidentally clipped and re-attached (or failed to) any non-radio related wires.

Secondly, can you please provide us with a history of this problem? From what you've said, it seems like you've had it before. Please fill us in with the details and maybe we can help you out.

yes, ive had the rough idle before, turned out to be bad injectors. i put seafoam thru my tank, and the problem is now gone. i must have gotten bad gas from someplace.
that said, when im idling in park, or drive, i do feel a slight bump, almost like an occassional miss.. and ive been wondering what could be causing that for years now..
