no radio, a/c compressor, power windows, or locks

motor runs great...fan in dash works, headlights, and washer blades also

Check the fuses with a test light, especially the maxi fuses, also look at any fusible links you can find. Look for burnt wires around the fuse boxes especially under the hood.
