Is it in its running condition? or its totally busted?

What's the condition of the interior is everything still intact? Just in case you'll be needing to replace your Jeep steering wheel ring (http://www.jpartsonline.com/jeepsteeringwheelring.html). drop me a personal message. I know somebody who can provide you with one. I believe its a rare part already? (correct me if I'm wrong) because my friend had a hard time looking for an steering wheel for her Jeep.
