Ok so heres my problem this car i just bought is dying after i drive it for a while, like a day or two. when it dies it makes no noise and no shaking. So i had a friend do a computer diagnostic and he said that it was reading that the ignition module was bad so i got it replaced but it did not fix the problem.when it dies i just let it sit for a while like a day or two and it will start right up oh and i get the rev when i turn the key.i have found that if i turn it too long the battery dies so then i jump it and it starts up again. ive checked the fuel pump and thats ok and replaced the spark plugs done a tune up and ive got no idea whats wrong. some say crank or cam sensors (or so says the guy i bought it from).

this is strange, i would check all wires and plugs, i suspect, when it worms up, someting expands and looses contact, also make sure you get delko parts, i had bad experience, whenever i've used aftermarket parts, i don't think it's sencors, they usualy very reliable. and when bad, you can't start it at all.

i didn't mean spark plugs, i meant electrical connection plugs, and electrical wires, not spark plug wires. over time they can crack and short, or loose contact.

I had that same problem in a celebrity with a 2.8 MPFI, I changed the ignition module first and that didn't work. I finally changed the coils and that fixed it.
