Ok here is my situation.. my jeep was idling like hell so i decided to read my computer since my check engine light was on i got the same message as a miss fire. so i decided to change all my spark plugs it seemed to fix the problem a little bit but it still was shaky. so i then decided to get a new COIL since there are not any wires. its a whole coil strip also not individual ones. so i got the replacement part the only thing that was different about the 2 is that the original coil where you plug in the wire the harness pointed up on the replacement it pointed down.. i didn't think that mattered so i installed the new coil. i then went to fire up my car and wow i thought my engine was going to take a crap. horrible noises were made along with what i thought it was going to backfire. i then took out the new part and put the old coil back in and it didn't make any noises at all? is there a special trick about putting in this coil? i need to figure this thing out soon Let me know
