Ok here's the deal my fiance had the oil changed on her car 2k miles ago and still has about a thousand left...so she told me her oil light kept coming on.So I checked and the thing was bone dry!!! now on my high rpm car i can burn through a quart about every 5k miles bt thats a diff story...so after topping her oil light i noticed the hose comming outta the head was a little cracked and the valve at the end was just covered in oil!!! and oil spots all over the intake manifold below...my question is in the pic that i have pointed out is that the PCV valve on this car and could 3 quarts have leaked outta that...I cant seem to find a leak anywhere else but there is a ton of oil there!?!?!

yes, that should be the PCV valve.
look here:http://www.partsamerica.com/ProductList.aspx?parttype=5&ptset=A&searchfor=PCV+Valve
should only be a couple bucks, just ask at Advanced Auto or AutoZone for your specific vehicle.
i'd also go ahead and replace the rubber tubing.
not 100% sure that much oil could have leaked out of there.
when the oil was changed, was the drain plug gasket replaced?

^^^I was just looking at the pics and was going to post that the oil lost from that area is generally not near as much as you were losing. My suggestion was going to be to check the head gaskets...damn, if only I would have posted earlier. I am SOOOOOOO freekin smrt.
