I'm about to close in on a purchase of a used '06 Mercury Mariner hybrid, with the navigation system. Unfortunately, the car does not have the navigation CD.
Where can I get one of these?
How much should it cost me?

Ebay or the dealer. E-bay is probably cheaper.

I couldn't find them on ebay, but I finally got through on the phone. The disc would cost me $200! I really hope the dealer digs one up, I'd rather have it than go through the hassle of buying one.
