I cant find a way to stop making air blow out of the air conditioner, even when the air is off, I still have warm or cold air coming out, is there a way to completely turn off all air? Also I cant find the radiator cap when I pop the hood, anybody know where that is?

i don't believe there is a way to make the ducts airtight; they're designed to let a little air through. you can turn the blower/fan to "off". most HVAC systems also have an air intake selector, where you can choose to either draw in fresh air, or recirculate the air that's already in the cabin; just set it to "recirculate".

the radiator cap should, of course, be atop the radiator. i'm looking at pics of the Aveo's engine bay, and the radiator isn't in plain sight. i'm guessing it's under one of the plastic shrouds towards the front.

I am sorry that Chevrolet sold that car in the 1st place. Is it to late to get you rmoney back? On the real, all the new chevy's have air blow threw, at all times.

Most newer cars these days blow some air, with or without the AC on. Best thing I can suggest myself is setting the temperature to something comfy, because the air will still more than likely respond to the heat level you selected (I know it did in my Elantra and it does in my Tiburon).
