"Dragable"? Do you mean scraping on the ground or drag racing?

I would lower the front about 3-4 inches......using a 2" Belltech drop spindle, and a 1" or 2" drop coil. In the rear, I would install AT LEAST a 4-link with some 2600lb Firestone air bags.........1/2" single ports, run 175-200 psi, should only need a 5 gallon air tank, 1 compressor (either an Arizona or a Vaiar 480), all 1/2" line, and 4 SMC 1/2" valves, a 175-200 psi pressure switch, and a moisture trap.

I would guess around $900-$1100 for the rear, and spindles are usually around $200, and springs should be like $70 or so...............

Go to www.suicidedoors.com or www.innovativeair.com for the rear setup you'll need. The spindles and springs you can get anywhere that sells Belltech..........
