My 98 Cavilier seems to be leaking some antifreeze. I can see it on the passanger side right under the antifreeze container but it doesn't seem to be coming from the rad, hoses or engine. Is there a hose that comes out of the overflow container on the bottom. Everything seems to be enclosed there and it hard to see. Thanks in advance.

only way it would come out without a leak is if you 1 over flowed it, or 2 overheated the engine and it would come out the over flow container. If you haven't overheated the engine than it's prob a bad clamp on the of the hoses you can't see, usually there's one on the bottom of the radiator underneath the fans.

It was the hose at the bottom of the rad. The antifreeze leaked unto the plastic that was under it and ran back under the container. All fixed now. Thanks for the input.

i have a 96' cavi and i had the same problem, i had to replace the water pump like the other guy said, just pressurise your coolant system and on the bottom of the pump there is a little eyelet, it is hard to see but look and check if that is dripping and thats how u know
