You could, but you're going to lose some coolant in the process.

I guess if you swap really fast you will only lose a little bit, then you can just top it off.

that sob is so tight to get in there i really doubt i can do it very fast. wonder how much coolant i will lose, hmmm

Jack the car up as far as you can to dump the coolent to the other side of the block.
