Was just shooting the shit with a mechanic buddy of mine and we were discussing my POS car, lol. I mentioned how i suspected my bosch platinum +4 plugs probably are part of the equation of why my car sucks. Put those in there probably 3-4 yrs ago now (20k miles maybe thus far). He went on to say that the cheapest ac delco plugs are the best and bosch plugs always seem to make chevy V8s into dogs.
I understand the benefits of the +4 are probably long gone.... but is this a known theory between those in the know? If it wasnt such a bitch to change my plugs...i would change them to rapid fires without question :) Thoughts?

If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is.
Honestly, it's been a long time since I have put alot of thought into my engines. If it's a performance engine from the factory, usually there are decent plugs used to begin with. GM uses AC Delco and when I worked for a GM dealership, I never heard of problems with them and would trust them.
The LS2 uses an Iridium plug and is a good plug. NOt sure if they make one for your Vette, but here is the numbers I got for your vehicle from Delco.

The problem is that the stock ignition in your vette blows goats. Those plugs kick ass with a Hi6 or MSD.
stock ignition = stock plug
BTW, stop being a fag and change your own damn plugs.
