Hi im new here and i was just wondering what a cherrybomb or flowmaster 40 would sound like on my truck.It is a 1996 Chevy S10 2wd 2.2 ext cab

loud and obnoxious.

for good sound, construction, and flow, look into Borla or Dynomax, etc.

im looking for a deep rumbling sound not a honda civic street racer sound

you'll get that from the brands i recommended.

Throw it on a dyno with a flow then a bullet, youll toss the flow's.

I had a Magnaflow 3 inch on the Turbo Blazer Xtreme with the 4.3L V6. It sounded awesome.

Dynomax is even better sounding.

flowmaster is AKA slowmaster.... theyre nicely built but they also fall apart if you dont locktite them.. i know from experience with a mustang.. never owned a dynomax, but the custom built exhaust on my truck now is rusting out, and the flowmaster is 100 bucks more than the dynomax, and i like what i hear bout the dynomax, so why not go with the dynomax? summit racing doesnt have one for your truck, but they do have a shitload of gibsons it seems (http://store.summitracing.com/egnsearch.asp?SearchType=Make&N=700+4294908216+4294907469+4294924746+4294923429+ 4294869664+115+400224) thats a listing of the gibsons for a 96 s10.. hope it helps.. even though its not what everyone is reccomending.
