My '91 Tracker has been running fine. A couple days ago (Sat), I was setting fence for horses. It sat for about 5 min. and won't start. Starter sounds like weak battery (full charge) - dash lights dim and "chirping" sound at instrument cluster. Will not push start. Need help for daily driver and fun buggy. :dunno: <4x4 - 5 spd]

Have the battery tested. It must hold a charge and should be 13V or higher when testing.

Is it turning?

If you are getting a clicking noise under dash when key is in run position and crank no start problem it sounds like the computer is bad common problem

I you can swap the comp with some one elses that is cheeper than buying a rebuilt one make sure it is same year or newer 1991 - 1994 will work auto will work in 5spd 5spd will not work in auto
