hello i cant get the rear drum off a 2002 Mitsubishi glant is there a tool i have to use there is no adjusment hole in the back to release the pads if some one out there knows please help thanks mike

It should come right off. I changed my brake pads last week and the rear drum just slid off. Make sure the parking break isn't on (i know it sounds obvious, but i made this mistake). You may have to knock it lose from behind.

beat it off with a hammer.

beat it till it comes off. There is no other way to get if off.
