My dodge 2005 ram 1500 has a sound is the rear end or tranny it makes like a woooo noise when i take off my father has the same problem anyone else have the same problem?

Can you pinpoint if it is infact the transmission or the rear end? That would help a lot

when i take of it like somthing is grabbing and then it make the wooo noise.

Do you have the Limited Slip differential or for some its Anti-Slip?

Then you might want to take to the shop and have then check the LSD rear end. Tell them to remove the pumpkin looking thing in rear end as its called and have them look for metal pieces that might be in there which would the C clip for the LSD. With the ram's that has been causing serious problems. If you have a warrenty then your good but if not you are going to pay a pretty penny to fix this problem.
