About a month ago my mini van A/C started cutting off whenever I put it in gear. Sometimes in the morning before it get hot it cut on and work til the temperature soars in the 90's. Another funny thing is when my A/C don't work my reverse light don't work and vice versa that's something I can't figure out. Is there some kind of connection between my A/C and reverse light and if so how can I fix this problem. :(

Did you check the fuse that powers the a/c? It could be a shared fuse between the a/c and the reverse lights. Check the electrical connections around it as well.

The a/c system itself sounds fine, sounds like you have some major electrical gremlins.
