I am thinking of buying an SUB in the next six months. I like the FX 35 but not usre if that is the right choice since there are other good SUVs in the market like Lexus, MDX etc. Can someone guide me in the right direction? Anyone know where can i find SUV comparisons on this site?? my budget is about 40K-

Edmunds has great reviews nad seem to be pretty biased.

I have never driven an FX 35, but I talked to someone shopping around with the same budget and he said the only thing he didn't like about the Infinite was it felt like he was sitting in his living room and not driving a car.

I test drove a Nissan Murano and thought it ran great and was a blast to drive. They are a tad expensive though, but you could find a slightly used one in your price range almost fully loaded. Back up cam, navigation, Xenon lights...

The BMW X3 and X5 are nice too, but only looked at them, never drove one.

The MDX is definitely a fun ride. It's like floating on a fluffy cloud  The Lexus RX330 is also a nice SUV and it's really spacious

my dad has an fx-35, the suspension is a little stiff but i guess thats what you get for a performance suv. other than that it has loads of power and alot of cool gadgets.

The FX35/45 are very nice sport suv's. Other then the suspension you'd expect to be stiff it's a great suv. The 35 was plenty fast and the 45 just added more fun.

Regarding to your search for an SUV, I would suggest to buy either an Infiniti or an Lexus. I know, a little pricy but if your searching for an SUV you must having an amount of money to spend on. I really tell you buy an Infiniti. Lexus is more expensive.:wavey:
