it depends on you abilities. the engine only weighs a little over 100lbs, so you should be able to pick up and place it yourself, or with a buddy if you can't do that. if you can rebuild i'd go that route, at least then you'll know what condition the engine is in

thats true, but it has 136,000 miles and it has a oil leak somewhere. but i'm not burning it up.
