well i have a red 2000 V4 Stratus no mods on it, just like the factory. im looking to put some mods on it..but im not sure wut. my friends r saying tint windows, spoiler, and euro headlights. any suggestions will help. oh yea and im mostly looking at external and i dont wanna spend too much money. thanks in advance
