I have a problem. I was told that I needed a new starter for my car. So I went out and bought a new starter and installed it. Low and behold, I still have a fast pitched whiring sound when i try to start my car. Anyone know what the problem is and/or how to fix it? I have tried everything that I could think of except the old hammer. Please Help

well if you put new starter on car that only leaves one other prob...and thats the flywheel,is it after market or stock flywheel?
